1 and 1/2 cups Milk Kefir (or coconut milk kefir)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup frozen blueberries
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Please note that it is best to drink this smoothy immediatley as it will thicken over time if left. Honey can be added to sweeten the smoothy if required however please remember that adding honey to kefir can reduce its good bacterial content due to the natural anti-bacterial content of honey!
