This is an organic certified granulated sugar, perfect for Kombucha and kefir or for all everyday purposes.
This is an organic unrefined cane sugar, the less refined a sugar the better the balance between nutrients (flavour) & calories becomes. Compared to traditional white sugar, organic cane sugar has the full-bodied taste of sugarcane and has been through less processing, so retains many of the nutrients present in cane juice. Unrefined sugars lock in rather than refine out the natural molasses of the sugar cane. It is this difference which gives this sugar it's unique richness, depth of flavour and natural colour that refined sugars, which are simply coated in molasses, do not possess.This sugar is packaged in Paper bags, no plastic packaging.
