The Kilner®  Round Clip Top Glass Jar has the Kilner brand embossed in the front and is finished with an orange rubber seal.

These jars are perfect for all manner of fermentation and can be used for first ferments in kefir, Kombucha, Ginger beer and Yogurt making. They can also be used for vegetable fermentation and canning, storing dry foods stuff and also preserving fruits, jams and chutneys.

Fermented asparagus is low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K.

The lid can be removed (simply unlatch the C clip at the back) if required.
