Barrel Booch Kombucha is made with love by Happykombucha at the Happy Brewery.
Our Kombucha is made using traditional methods and Organic ingredients and is cask brewed in traditional charred oak barrels to give it a unique and distinctive taste. We use a blend of the finest organic green tea's and unrefined organic sugar and Natural organic flavourings.
This real bespoke kombucha and is hand crafted in small unique batches by our expert brewers not mass produced. This allows us to create a vibrant flavour high in live biocultures with all the goodness and flavour you would expect to have in a high quality kombucha.
